So this book surprised me!

When I read the excerpt I liked the tempo and the characters, but I was very confused about all the witchtypes and felt that it might make my head spin once I read the full thing.

Luckily that was not the thing, because once you get into the book you forget all about witch types and just sit back and enjoy the characters and the world building. So enjoyable! I wasn’t even disturbed by all the POVs and intriguing storylines, which might have been a problem in a less enjoyable book, but now I was just “well, if they don’t solve it in this book then I’m going to have a good time reading the next one”.

The romance was a bit… predictable, I’d say. Still enjoyable and cute, but predictable. Not a major disturbance. I do, however, hope to see some LGBT+ pairs in this because for some reason I felt that it fit with the world? What do you guys think?

Looking forward to continuing this series!

This book was read for the Make Me Read It Readathon 2016.
